Brainstorming

Post it notes, a huge piece of paper and pencils.  That's all you need to start a Brainstorming session. It doesn't matter about spelling, or any form of punctuation; it can be one word, a whole sentence, a drawing.

This is a no holds barred easy-peasy way of tapping into everyone's ideas, staff included!'

From this starting point, you've opened the way to discussions and seeds of ideas.  As a whole class/small groups/1:1 we'll work together, seeing where the planted seeds can blossom, use the trampoline of testing and move onto the next stage of planning.
